SWTOR CZ-W4 Observer Location Guide

This is a guide that will help you locate and obtain the CZ-W4 Observer pet on the Daily Area planet CZ-198 in SWTOR.

To collect this pet requires the Macrobinoculars that you receive from the Macrobinocular Mission released with Rise of the Hutt Cartel Expansion, as well as "Friend" Reputation level with Ordnance Acquisition Corps / The Adjudicators on CZ-189.
If you haven't ever done the Macrobinocular Mission, you can pick up the mission on the Fleet and complete the initial part of the mission to receive the binoculars.

Empire Fleet

Republic Fleet

Travel to CZ-198 and use the binoculars to scan the first Czerka Email Datareader to initiate the mission. They can be scanned in no particular order though.
You can use the binoculars at your tracked Mission list, or directly from the Mission Tab in your Inventory, which you can drag directly into an ability slot on your Quickbar.
