SWTOR Horrible Person Legacy Title Guide
Welcome to the ultimate guide on achieving the "Horrible Person" legacy title in Star Wars: The Old Republic! This title is not for the faint-hearted, requiring dedicated steps that embody the darker aspects of the galaxy. To earn this title, you'll need to recruit the enigmatic companion, Doctor Lokin, nurture his mischievous Rakghoul pet, Scritchy, and establish a home with the Rishi Stronghold.
The Achievement can be found in your Legacy (Y) > Strongholds > Strongholds > General Stronghold.
Feeding Scritchy
The first step will be to recruit Doctor Eckard Lokin. Dr. Lokin is made available to everyone during the Knights of the Fallen Empire expansion, but you can only recruit him during a live Rakghoul event.
Once Lokin is part of your Alliance, you will find him in the Military Hangar next to Bey'wan Aygo. On the console in front of Lokin, you will find a little Thranta Meat Snack Box. This box is easily missed, since it only glows blue when letting your mouse curser hover over it.
Clicking the box, you will carry a Thranta Snack for 60 sec. So I will recommend you find little Scritchy first. The tiny Rakghoul can appear on any of the pipes in the Military Hangar, and it is known to not appear if you login inside your Base Instance. If this happens you have to exit the instance and reset your phase, which you do by right-clicking your character's profile, go down to Additional Commands, then Phase and Reset Local Phase.
Once you've found Scritchy, click the box and use the temporary ability to throw the Thranta Snack at the Rakghoul.
This will unlock the hidden achievement "There You Are!" that states you have to feed Scritchy 10 times. This can only be done once a day!
The Achievement can be found in your Legacy (Y) > Companions > Agent > Dr. Lokin.
Rishi Stronghold
While working on nuturing Scritchy over the next 10 days, you have to also purchase your new Stronghold on Rishi in the Stronghold Area on the Fleet. The Stronghold costs 3,000,000 credits or 2650 cartel coins.
This is a lovely Stronghold with many special features, including a beach where a cute little turtle waddles along the shore, named Speedy.
Not So Speedy
Once you've fed Scritchy 10 times and completed the "There You Are!" achievement, come back the next day to intice the little Rakghoul into a small "Rak-Caddy".
Pick up another Thranta Snack at the console, and bring it to the Rak-Caddy in front of Bey'wan Aygo's platform, then click it to place the snack inside the Caddy.
Mere seconds later, Scritchy will come and eat the snack inside the Caddy, which is your opportunity to trap him inside.
Now travel to your Rishi Stronghold!
The Rak-Caddy has been transported to your Stronghold on the main platform. Release Scritchy from the Caddy and let him roam free!
Leave him to his peace and come back later. (You can travel immediately back to your Stronghold)
When you return to check up on Scritchy, you will be met by a gruesome sight at the beach.
At a closer inspection you will realise why the title is called "Horrible Person", because somehow you've manage to get Speedy eaten! You will receive your title once you click Speedy's remains.
Congratulations! You are now a Horrible Person!
However, you will see Speedy waddle along the shores on all characters that has yet to start their KOTFE storyline, if that is a comfort.
