SWTOR Hutta Presence Datacron Location Guide

The Presence Datacron increases the effectiveness of your companion. It will grant you Presence +2 to your permanent stats along with codex: Galactic History 02: Ancient Civilizations. There are 3 Datacrons in total located on the planet of Hutta.

Datacrons are collectables scattered around the galaxy in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Each Datacron contributes towards your Legacy's passive stats permanently. Furthermore, they also provide interesting Lore and Codex Entries about the Old Republic era.

Starting coordinates: 491, -13.

This Datacron is located on a small island north of The Rust Yards that is only reachable by climbing the pipes that lead to the island. There's a small piece of scrap you can easily climb to get up onto the pipes.
If you are high enough level with a charge ability, skip to the bottom.

As you are following the pipes, I recommend staying on the narrow top part, to mitigate the risk of gliding off.

When you reach the end of the first pipe, you have to jump to a separate junction to the right to then jump to the next pipe that leads to the island. (To perform the best jump in this game, I recommend holding W + SPACE at the same time for precision jumps, no running jumps unless it's called for.)

Then continue to follow the pipe, again I recommend the narrow top part of the pipe.

Once you reach the island, you'll find it next to Venomous Chemilizard.

As suggested by Kamelia Stoyanova on my YouTube tutorial, you should be able to charged this Chemilizard from below the Island, if you are high enough level to have any charge abilities, in order to reach the Datacron location.

This will grant you Endurance +2 to your permanent stats along with the codex: Galactic History 02: Ancient Civilizations.

This datacron holds unheard of power and knowledge collected by an ancient race. You access its power and discover writings which are clearly only one small piece of a massive galactic history:

In the period after the mysterious Architects vanished from the galaxy millennia ago, several great civilizations rose in their place. The intellectual Columi species created a vast but peaceful empire, focusing on academic pursuits while droids and elaborate machines labored for them. As a result, the Columi evolved enormous craniums and tiny bodies.

The strange, reptilian Kwa, who achieved interstellar travel through Infinity Gates that allowed them to effectively teleport between worlds, rose and mysteriously fell, eventually devolving into simple lizards. The cephalopod Gree also reached their apex in this time, creating technological marvels that have rarely been equaled. Eventually, on the backs of these civilizations would come the Rakata and their Infinite Empire.
