The Merchant of Mystery sells individual level 75 Armor Pieces and Tacticals for half the price of Tech Fragments. His stock changes every week, including exclusive pieces that can only be obtained through Operations normally.

Kai Zykken's shop resets every Tuesdays at the server reset.

(6) Vicious Slash, Massacre and Sweeping Slash add Vicious Thirst stacks to their targets, stacking up to 5 times. Killing an enemy with Vicious Thirst stacks increases your damage by 3% per stack for 10 seconds.
