The Merchant of Mystery sells individual level 75 Armor Pieces and Tacticals for half the price of Tech Fragments. His stock changes every week, including exclusive pieces that can only be obtained through Operations normally.

Kai Zykken's shop resets every Tuesdays at the server reset.

(4) Dealing damage with Shoulder Cannon grants Salvo, increasing Shoulder Cannon damage by 3% for 5 seconds. This effect can stack up to 5 times. In addition, while Shoulder Cannon loads missiles, you vent 2 heat per second.
(6) Each Shoulder Cannon rocket has a 75% chance to trigger an additional rocket. When Shoulder Cannon is put on cooldown, it applies Autocannon to you for 60 seconds, firing a rocket at your current target whenever you deal direct damage. This additional rocket can fire once every 10 seconds.
