The Merchant of Mystery sells individual level 75 Armor Pieces and Tacticals for half the price of Tech Fragments. His stock changes every week, including exclusive pieces that can only be obtained through Operations normally.

(4) Gaining a Tactical Advantage increases your critical chance by 10% for a number of seconds. This effect can only occur once every 18 seconds. In addition, Tactical Overdrive resets the cooldowns of Sever Tendon and Toxin Scan.
(6) Tactical Advantage gets an additional stack. Having a Tactical Advantage increases your damage and healing by 5%.
